Adam brings a decade of hands-on experience in the mining and civil construction industries and NSW state government with a unique blend of technical expertise and safety leadership. Beginning as a heavy diesel mechanic, he gained invaluable insights into the operational challenges and risks, workers are faced with on the ground. Transitioning into a safety advisor role and then progressing to a Safety, Environment and Quality Officer, he has dedicated his career to ensuring that every workplace is as safe as possible.

At Coast 2 Coast Consulting, our mission is to foster a safety culture through behavioural-based safety practices. We believe that safety is not only about compliance but about creating an environment where every individual feels responsible for their own safety and the safety of their workmates. Our proactive approach focuses on identifying potential hazards before they become incidents and empowering employees to take ownership of their safety behaviours.
