Adam Vumbaca – Founder & WHS Specialist
Adam Vumbaca brings practical WHS, compliance and management systems experience across underground mining, fleet maintenance, civil construction, emergency services, NSW Government, contractor compliance and incident investigation.
Adam began his career on the tools as a heavy diesel mechanic working underground in a gold mine in Central West NSW. This hands-on background gave him a strong understanding of the real risks workers face in high-risk environments, including heavy plant, maintenance work, isolation, emergency response and operational pressure.
Adam later worked with Newcrest Mining Limited, now Newmont, as a Safety Advisor within the Fleet Maintenance Department, supporting safety systems, risk controls, incident prevention and operational compliance in a high-risk mining environment.
His experience with Transport for NSW within the NSW Government, working in Safety, Environment and Quality, gave him direct insight into how contractors, management systems, tender documents, corrective actions, incident responses and compliance records are assessed from the government side.
This combination of trade, mining, emergency services, WHS, incident investigation and government-side compliance experience allows Coast 2 Coast Consulting to provide practical, audit-ready and government-ready support for businesses that need to get their systems and documents across the line.

Bonnie Vumbaca – Operations Officer
Bonnie is the Operations Officer at Coast 2 Coast Consulting, supporting the business through strong administration, coordination, client service and operational management.
Bonnie brings extensive experience across corporate and government service environments, giving her a strong understanding of professional communication, process management, documentation control, stakeholder coordination and service delivery.
At Coast 2 Coast Consulting, Bonnie plays a key role in keeping the business organised, responsive and client-focused. She manages many of the back-end systems that support our consulting work, helping ensure that projects, client communications, documentation, scheduling and internal processes are coordinated efficiently.

Christian Petersen – Biomedical & Test and Tag Technician
Christian is a Biomedical and Test and Tag Technician with Coast 2 Coast Consulting, supporting workplaces and medical facilities with professional electrical safety testing, equipment checks and compliance-focused technical services.
Christian brings a practical background in automotive work and employee management, giving him strong hands-on technical ability, attention to detail and an understanding of how real workplaces operate. His experience working on the ground has shaped a methodical and professional approach to testing, inspection and client service.
Starting in electrical test and tag, Christian has continued to upskill into biomedical equipment testing, building the technical knowledge and practical experience needed to support higher-risk and more regulated environments. His commitment to learning and improvement ensures that every workplace, clinic or medical facility he attends receives a thorough, respectful and professional service.
